About This Course
This Course is designed to establish a baseline of understanding regarding Agile philosophy, concepts, and general practices that project managers and project team members should be familiar with.Instruction in this path focus on key concepts related to the Agile project management process, such as release planning, iteration planning, estimating, testing and delivery, working as an Agile team, and effective stakeholder engagement.
The course can be used to prepare learners to write the PMI-ACP certification exam and Certified ScrumMaster exam.
Prerequisites
This certification does not have any prerequisites. The training material includes all of the course work required to learn the system. You do not need prior work or project experience to take this certification program.
