Refund and Cancellation
Thank you for purchasing our courses. At Certybox, we are committed to providing a rewarding learning experience through both instructor-led and self-paced training.
By purchasing any course from Certybox, you agree to comply with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation and Refund Policy outlined below.
1. Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training
For Self-Paced Learning Courses
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- No refund will be issued if:
- The participant has accessed more than 25% of the course content, or
- The accompanying E-book has been downloaded.
- Refund requests received after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted.
For Instructor-Led Training
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- No refund will be issued if:
- The participant has accessed more than 25% of the course content, or
- The participant has attended more than one (1) live session, or
- The accompanying E-book has been downloaded.
- Refund requests received after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted.
For Master Programs
- Once part payment or full payment is made, no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy – Live Training
Certybox reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any training program due to circumstances including but not limited to insufficient enrollments, technical constraints, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen disruptions).
In such cases:
– Learners will be offered an option to attend the next available batch or an equivalent program.
– Refunds shall not be the default remedy and are not guaranteed. Any refund, if processed, will be at the sole discretion of Certybox.
Participant-Initiated Cancellation:
– Within 7 calendar days of payment (and before program start):
A refund may be processed after deduction of applicable administrative and payment gateway charges (up to 20%).
– After 7 days of payment OR once the program has started (whichever is earlier):
All payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.
– Before program start:
One-time rescheduling to another batch is allowed (subject to availability).
– After program start:
No refund, rescheduling, or transfer will be permitted.
– No-shows / Partial Attendance:
No refunds, transfers, or credits will be provided.
Installments / EMI Policy:
– Any payment made through installment plans, EMIs, or third-party financing partners is strictly non-refundable.
– Learners opting for EMI/instalment plans are obligated to complete all scheduled payments as per the agreed terms, irrespective of course participation or completion.
– Cancellation of enrollment does not cancel the financial obligation towards pending EMI payments.
General Terms:
– Enrollment in the course is considered a confirmed purchase and cannot be cancelled once the refund window has passed.
– Course fees are non-transferable to another individual.
– Once access to course content, sessions, LMS, or any learning material is granted, the service shall be considered consumed and the fee becomes non-refundable.
– By enrolling, the learner agrees to all terms and acknowledges that the program is a structured training service, not a product.
– Certybox reserves the right to make the final decision in all such cases, and the same shall be binding.3. Refunds: Duplicate Payment
In the event of a duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving a written request at complaints@certybox.com.
4. Refund Initiation Process
To initiate a refund request, the participant must:
- Send an email to complaints@certybox.com with the Order ID and a valid reason for the request.
- If the request meets the eligibility criteria outlined above, Certybox will process the refund after deducting any applicable administrative charges.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
- All approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 21 working days from the date of approval.
- The refunded amount will reflect in the customer’s original payment method within 15 additional days after processing.
6. Important Notes
- No refunds shall be applicable on part payments made towards any course.
- No refunds shall be applicable for courses purchased at an offer price, discounted rate, or under any promotional scheme.
- Certybox reserves the sole right to amend, revise, or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
