Refund and Cancellation

Thank you for purchasing our courses. At Certybox, a business unit of Singh and Kamra Educational Private Limited, we strive to provide a rewarding learning experience to all users, whether it is through instructor-led or self-paced training.

As with any online purchase, certain terms and conditions govern our Cancellation and Refund Policy. By purchasing a course from Certybox, you agree to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy as outlined below.

1. Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

For Self-Paced Learning Courses

  • You may raise a refund request within 7 days of course purchase.
  • No refund will be issued if:
    • The participant has accessed more than 25% of the content, or
    • The E-book has been downloaded.
  • Refund requests after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted.

For Instructor-Led Training

  • You may raise a refund request within 7 days of course purchase.
  • No refund will be issued if:
    • The participant has accessed more than 25% of content,
    • Has attended more than one day of live sessions, or
    • Has downloaded the E-book.
  • Refund requests after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted.

For Master Programs

  • No refund will be applicable once part or full payment is made.

2. Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training

Certybox reserves the right to cancel/postpone an event due to circumstances such as:

  • Insufficient enrollments,
  • Instructor unavailability, or
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.)

In such cases:

  • Full course fees will be refunded if refund request is made within 10 days of purchase.
  • Learners who exceed the 10-day window will be:
    • Rescheduled to the next available classroom batch or
    • Shifted to the live virtual class without additional cost.

If a participant cancels:

  • 10 or more business days before the event: 10% administrative fee will be deducted, and the rest refunded.
  • Less than 10 business days before the event: No refund.
  • No refunds/credits for no-shows or partial attendance.

3. Refunds: Duplicate Payment

  • In the case of a duplicate payment, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the customer request at complaints@certybox.com.

4. Refund Initiation Process

  • To request a refund, email complaints@certybox.com with your Order ID and a valid reason for the request.
  • If the reason is deemed valid, the course price will be refunded after deducting an administrative fee.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 21 working days from the date of approval, and the credited amount will reflect in your original payment method within 15 days after processing.

6. Important Notes

  • The refund policy does not apply to part payments.
  • Certybox reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
